information ESA-E2<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EBR-ESA-E2 Non-electrical work was previously called EBR-ESA Instructed. <\/span>The training is based on the publication &#8220;ESA Instructed Person &#8211; Non-electrical work 21&#8221;. It is also based on and complies with the requirements described in the electricity network industry guidelines, EBR\u2019s requirements document. <\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The training must comprise at least 4 hours. Wattityd recommends extending the training hours for practical exercises if needed. The training may have a maximum of 16 participants per session.  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The training can be delivered as instructor-led on site or as instructor-led digital training, both as initial training and as refresher training. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EBR recommends that the first time you attend a training course, it is delivered as instructor-led on site.<\/span><\/i><\/p><h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For whom?<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The training is intended for individuals who will only perform non-electrical work on or adjacent to a high-voltage electrical installation. This may include, for example, painting, cleaning, casting foundations in a power line corridor or substation, or interns during their school education. <\/span><\/p><h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prerequisites<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No prerequisites. <\/span><\/p><h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Objectives<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon completion of the training, with a passing final exam, the participant shall be able to perform non-electrical work in operating rooms in proximity to or in connection with an electrical installation. They shall be able to avoid electrical hazards by applying the theoretical knowledge from the content of &#8220;ESA Instructed Person &#8211; Non-Electrical Work 21&#8221; in practical daily work. <\/span><\/p><p><strong>After completing the training, participants should, among other things <\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">understand the hazards of electric current <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">understand the distribution of responsibilities according to occupational health and safety and electrical safety legislation <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">understand and be able to apply &#8220;ESA Functions&#8221; <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">understand risk management and relate to the risks <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">understand safety distances for non-electrical work <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">understand what non-electrical work is <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">understand what applies to the EBR form &#8220;ESA Access Agreement&#8221; <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">understand the working methods &#8220;General info&#8221;, &#8220;Work near live parts&#8221; and &#8220;Work without voltage&#8221; and their limitations.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certificate for the training <\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The certificate issued to participants after a passed final exam is called &#8220;EBR-ESA-E2 Non-electrical work&#8221;.
