Development of flexible mixing unit for drinks

In recent years, Sahlins Brygghus AB has developed from a Craft Brewery to a successful producer of drink mixers and spirits. Today the company makes special products in a number of product segments. This imposes major demands on flexibility and hygienic design. The assignment covered functionality mapping for the existing mixer and clarification of the desired functionality with regard to production and cleaning. The assignment included data collection, the production of P&ID diagrams and the preparation of function descriptions.
