Project management – implementation of maintenance system SAP S/4 HANA PM

Project manager for implementation of a new work method and the maintenance system SAP S/4 HANA PM. The implementation of the business system SAP covered the entire group’s operations in Sweden. The assignment related to the role of project manager for the implementation process at the maintenance department at a site in Sweden. The starting point was that there wasn’t any existing maintenance system at the site in question. The assignment included process mapping, change management and implementation of an organisational change process.
