Project management – new zoning plan

The assignment covered the role of project manager and representative in relation to a new zoning plan and property regulation at the company’s property in Kopparberg. The work included mapping of the company’s future needs with regard to land areas and areas of use.The starting  point was that the property was subject to 3 zoning plans. Within the area there is an old brewery and malt house from 1888 with cultural values worthy of special protection, which must be taken into consideration in the planning work.
